When Customer Service Counts.
RMS provides personal custom customer service, based on the need at hand. We install, service and monitor GPS tracking, Drug Patch and SCRAM Monitoring, all with a local-company feel.
We can arrange for monitoring alcohol, fentanyl, marijuana, cocaine, heroine, opiates, amphetamine, methamphetamine, PCP as well as many other narcotics.
We act as an extension of an agency by acting as the de facto monitoring arm of the agency’s electronic monitoring program. Courts across the area choose this option as it allows their personnel to focus more closely on supervising the day-to-day activities of their enrollees.
Our team at RMS can manage events to an agency’s exact specifications, and if requested, we will communicate directly with a supervising officer and/or an enrollee on the agency’s behalf. Our monitoring services are completely customizable and can continuously adapt to an agency’s evolving needs over time.

CONTINUOUS ALCOHOL MONITORING
SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring
Provides Accountability and Encourages Compliance
Like a breathalyzer for the ankle, the SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM CAM) bracelet provides 24/7 transdermal alcohol testing for hardcore drunk drivers, high-risk alcohol and domestic violence caseloads. By automatically sampling the wearer’s perspiration every 30 minutes, the SCRAM CAM bracelet eliminates testing gaps and encourages accountability. SCRAM CAM not only supports sobriety but also results in higher compliance rates with court orders and increases community safety.
Continuous alcohol monitoring is proven to support long-term behavior change and complements treatment for alcohol dependence or addiction. In fact, SCRAM CAM helps more people achieve more Sober Days—a 24-hour period in which a monitored client has no confirmed consumption of alcohol and no confirmed attempt to tamper or circumvent testing.
SCRAM CAM BASE
The SCRAM CAM Wireless Base Station
The SCRAM CAM Wireless Base Station plays an important part in your monitoring. The bracelet stores all test results until the data downloads to your base station, which will automatically transmit the data to your assigned agent. Downloads happen on a predetermined schedule, and you must be within 30 feet of the base station during this time in order for the data transmission to take place. Your base station can connect over a telephone line, cellular, or through your home internet using Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
